Happy 4th of July!!!!!!

Hey Guys,

This is supposed to be a wonderful day of celebration, but there's a dystopia element to it.  It's America's 250th year anniversary and there's a lot of political tension around the planet.  We talk openly about that political tension at Never Trump Blog.  Today?  I think it's a good idea to leave most of it behind.  Still, it's not easy to do.  On the Sheeple Gateway main forum page, there's a 4th of July thread.  I'm going to try to keep it light there.  Others?  They can do what they want.  Also, we're on Leg 2 of July's NTB.  I'm going to keep that light too, but some people might yearn for the traditional political content.  If it bugs me enough, I'll post it here to this dystopia page.  Have a great weekend!!!

This is an hour-long video from Australia 60 Minutes.  The authors of Regime Change go into detail about how radically wild Donald Trump miscalculated how Iran would respond in war.

A lot of people think Donald Trump is the Antichrist.  Others think he is a Cosmic Clown sent to us by strange alien deities with weird, weird senses of humor.  This video?  The verdict is he's a Malignant Narcissist on a scale the World has never seen, and (hopefully) will never see again...

NTB July 2026, Leg 8 bonus...

CHAT WITH AI, July 24, 2026 ...

QUESTION:  Trump believes Iran is trying to kill him. That's part of mainstream news, especially as reported by CNN and MSNOW. There is a theory in abnormal psychology called "suicide by cop". Am I correct?

ANSWER

Yes, you are correct on both counts. Mainstream media networks like CNN and MSNBC have extensively reported on U.S. intelligence briefings warning Donald Trump about real and specific assassination threats from Iran.

Additionally, "suicide by cop" (or law-enforcement-forced-assisted suicide) is a well-documented phenomenon in psychology and law enforcement. It describes a situation where an individual intentionally acts in a threatening manner to provoke a lethal response from authorities.

However, applying this psychological theory to international relations or a president's foreign policy is highly unconventional.

Understanding the Intel on Iran

• Official Briefings: The Office of the Director of National Intelligence formally briefed Trump on Iranian plots aimed at assassinating him.

• The Motive: U.S. intelligence indicates these threats are primarily retaliatory, stemming from the 2020 drone strike Trump ordered that killed Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani.

• Trump's Response: Trump has publicly acknowledged these threats and stated that any assassination attempt by Iran should be met with the total destruction of the attacker.

The Psychology of "Suicide by Cop"

• Definition: It is a psychiatric and forensic concept where a suicidal individual uses police officers as a proxy to end their life because they cannot or do not want to do it themselves.

•  Triggers: Common risk factors include acute mental illness, severe personal crises, substance abuse, or a desire to avoid incarceration.

•  The Limitation: The theory relies on immediate, face-to-face confrontation with local law enforcement. It does not traditionally translate to geopolitics, state-sponsored deterrence, or international military conflicts.

QUESTION:

Trump's public behavior has been deemed erratic since the beginning of the Iran War. Specifically, he has claimed at least 39 times that peace is almost here. He keeps saying Iran is begging for a deal, and their negotiators are smart people. In the next breath, he is calling them scum and he is threatening to blow up civilian infrastructure and end their civilization. Trump's supporters claim this is political theatre, Trump is playing 4D chess, and it's all calculated. They say he knows what he's doing. Trump's critics, on the other hand, believe Trump has lost control of the situation and his psyche is not able to deal with the reality that the war wasn't won in the first few hours as Trump claims it was. People are concerned that Trump doesn't have the ability to stick with a peace plan. He doesn't want to consult Congress, and he's trying to run the conflict by edicts tweeted over Truth Social. Can you give pros and cons to each argment? (1) Trump is really in control and his "outburts" are really political theatre, and (2) Trump has lost control and psychologically he's having a difficult time dealing with a war he expected to be quick and easy?

ANSWER

The debate surrounding Donald Trump’s erratic public rhetoric and unilateral approach to the Iran War highlights a fundamental disagreement over his strategic style.

Below is an analysis of the pros and cons for both viewpoints:

───

Argument 1: Trump is in control, and his outbursts are deliberate political theater.
This perspective suggests that Trump is utilizing a modern iteration of the "Madman Theory" of international relations—intentionally appearing unpredictable to keep adversaries off balance and force concessions.

• Pros:
◦ Maximum Leverage: Alternating between calling negotiators "smart people" and threatening total destruction creates deep psychological uncertainty for Iranian leadership, potentially forcing them to take U.S. ultimatums more seriously.
◦ Avoiding Predictability: Traditional diplomacy can be slow and easily mapped out by adversaries. Bombastic statements on Truth Social bypass diplomatic red tape and force immediate, real-time reactions.
◦ Domestic Posturing: Projecting intense strength and a willingness to "end their civilization" satisfies his political base, allowing him to maintain domestic support even as a protracted conflict strains the military.

• Cons:
◦ Miscalculation Risk: When a leader threatens to obliterate civilian infrastructure, an adversary may conclude that diplomatic engagement is impossible, triggering a preemptive or disproportionate military escalation.
◦ Erosion of U.S. Credibility: Declaring that a peace deal is "almost here" only to resume threats hours later destroys trust, making it highly unlikely that foreign powers will engage in good-faith negotiations.
◦ Allied Isolation: Running a war via social media edicts alienates key international allies who require stable, predictable policy coordination to offer strategic or logistical support.

───

Argument 2: Trump has lost control and is psychologically struggling with a prolonged war.
This perspective argues that Trump’s whiplash rhetoric is the defense mechanism of a leader realizing that his initial expectations of a quick, decisive military victory were entirely incorrect.

• Pros:
◦ Reflects Operational Reality: Military reports indicate that Iran's underground arsenals and mobile missile launchers have effectively withstood continuous bombing campaigns, meaning the war cannot be won in "the first few hours".
◦ Signs of Cognitive Dissonance: The dramatic shifts—praising the intelligence of negotiators one minute and labeling them "scum" the next—align perfectly with a leader unable to reconcile his self-image as a master dealmaker with the reality of a grinding, costly quagmire.
◦ Avoidance of Institutional Governance: By refusing to consult Congress and trying to dictate terms via edicts, he isolates himself from seasoned military and constitutional oversight, which further destabilizes command structure.

• Cons:
◦ Underestimates Intentional Chaos: Dismissing his behavior as a mere lack of psychological control overlooks the fact that chaos has always been his primary negotiation tactic, used successfully throughout his business and political career.
◦ Ignores Moving Targets: What critics view as a "loss of control" might simply be adaptive tactical pivoting as regional dynamics change, such as expanding the theater to confront Houthi targets in the Red Sea.
◦ Misinterprets Rhetoric for Policy: History shows that Trump often uses extreme public posturing as a prelude to making pragmatically compromised, conventional deals behind closed doors.

───

If you want to look at how this impacts the broader landscape, I can explore:

• How the global economy is reacting to this instability
• The military data regarding the actual timeline and status of the air campaign

QUESTION:  Can you give a list of top 10 conspiracy topics YouTube's algoritthm suppresses? And what are key words used to circumvent it?

ANSWER:

YouTube's algorithm actively suppresses, age-restricts, and demonetizes content promoting harmful misinformation, medical untruths, or civic disruption under its Harmful or Dangerous Content and Inauthentic Content policies.

Because YouTube's natural language processing AI (integrated with Gemini) scans audio, video descriptions, titles, and automated transcripts, creators of "fringe" or alternative content use specific "algospeak" keywords to bypass the automated flag filters.

───

Additional Methods Used to Bypass Detection
1. Visual Text Obfuscation: Replacing letters with symbols in on-screen text or thumbnails (e.g., writing "V@ccine" or "E1ecti0n").
2. Audio Bleeping and Pauses: Muting the specific keyword in post-production but keeping the visual context obvious to the viewer.
3. Screen Text Substitution: Writing the "forbidden" word on a physical whiteboard or notepad during the video rather than typing it in captions, though advanced video OCR (Optical Character Recognition) increasingly catches this.
4. Third-Party Redirects: Creators will briefly touch on a topic and instruct viewers to click external links (such as Substack, Patreon, or alternative video hosting sites) to hear the unedited discussion.
