By now, the rules should be clear.
-- don't spam the main forum page
-- creating 3 threads is a bit much, 6 is pushing it, and 10+ will get you banned
-- if you want to post lots of threads at once, that's what The Special Abode is for
We haven't banned any members before this since March, so we're doing good...

Billycop is banned.
We went 3 months without banning anyone, then we banned 2 members in the past few days. Billycop was creating way too many threads in a short period on the main forum front page.
There are 10 members now banned out of 400+ accounts. That's not bad! People ought to understand the rules of a forum before they join and post. Don't go crazy on the main forum front page. If you feel the need to post many, many threads, that's what The Special Abode is for.
