In a nutshell, this user posted 16 times in less than a half hour after joining. The posts weren't social. They were randomly spammed across different threads. They included hyperlinks written in Cyrillic that, when you clicked them, a "Suspicious Site Blocked" warning popped up. Usually, even if a member is banned for excessive spam posting, we allow their content to stand in The Special Abode.
