Can we use the Pickup and Delivery Repair Service of Xbox?

I have recently found some repair services providing pick up and delivery of Xbox consoles. It sounds convenient, but I have some concerns with safety and reliability. Has one received such services in the past? Did you have your devices well taken care of and was it handed over in good condition after repair.
