Seems like it was 20 years ago, but it was only 8 years ago that I got heavy DEWs, HAARP, and Remote Neural Monitoring. This is from me when I first went down that Rabbit Hole. I discussed these issues at great length with Technocrat322 in San Francisco. That was probably 2018 or 2019 when we met up:

I joke a lot, but can some of you help me vet this "DEW" technology?
I'm already familiar with HAARP and it's inter-related. Michio Kaku was on CBS early morning saying our recent hurricanes might've been started by trillion-watt lasers which heat up the sea off the west coast of Africa then head toward the United States & Caribbean.
